By using CleanUp Phone - Cleaner Master you have understood and accepted the terms and conditions (Terms of Use).

1. You must not copy, create a derivative work of, nor modify another app to falsely imply that it is associated with CleanUp Phone - Cleaner Master.

2. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of Use at any time, in our sole discretion, by posting changes. Your continued use of CleanUp Phone - Cleaner Master will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications, what constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.

3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reasonable judgment.

4. As a condition of your use of CleanUp Phone - Cleaner Master, you agree that we have the right, for any purpose, to retain, use and publish in an aggregate manner information collected from your use of the app.

1. We offer In-App Purchases within the app with the selection of Monthly subscription, Yearly Subscription and Lifetime Subscription.

2. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

4. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

5. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

6. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

7. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or adjust current and future pricing models for the use of our service, at any time.

For in-app purchases made through the App Store, we do not have the right to issue any refunds. The only way to receive a refund for such purchases is to contact Apple.

All the resources including the images, videos, audios and texts are protected by trademark and copyright. Any use of the above sources without permission is illegal. All right, title, and interest in and to CleanUp Phone - Cleaner Master are and will remain the exclusive property of CleanUp Phone - Cleaner Master and its licensors.
